We already had chicken available for dinner, but I wanted to make some skirt steak too.
Here is a simple recipe for skirt steak:
Marinate the steak with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley. Heat skillet to medium-high heat. Lightly coat skillet with olive oil. Add steaks. Cook about 4 minutes per side, until it is no longer red. Serve with chimichurri sauce!
