White Wine Salmon

Get ready for the omega-3! I defrosted this salmon for 2 days before cooking it.

How to make it:

Preheat oven to 350. Spray Pam over entire Pyrex dish. Wash and dry the salmon. Place it skin-side down in the Pyrex dish. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, and half a cup of white wine. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with brown rice and side salad, or lobster bisque soup drizzled on top.

We had lobster bisque soup, so I poured a bit of that over the salmon:

Serve that with white rice and it’s ready!
