Simple Mushrooms

Mushrooms go nicely with meat, which we are having tonight. I made these mushrooms last night while the meatballs baked in the oven (see previous post).

I sliced white mushrooms into fourths and placed them in a deep skillet with a little bit of olive oil drizzled on top. I sprinkled salt, pepper, and parsley (you will soon discover I love parsley) over them. I sauteed them on medium heat, turning every so often, for about 10 minutes. They came out great!

    Absolutely fantastic that you are doing this blog. Your determination is an example to follow.
    Everything looks awesome and I’m sure it’s delicious. I can’t wait to try out some of your culinary accomplishments.
    Perhaps we cook together one day as M&M (LOL). That would be great – especially a pizza. Right?
