Mushrooms go nicely with meat, which we are having tonight. I made these mushrooms last night while the meatballs baked in the oven (see previous post).
I sliced white mushrooms into fourths and placed them in a deep skillet with a little bit of olive oil drizzled on top. I sprinkled salt, pepper, and parsley (you will soon discover I love parsley) over them. I sauteed them on medium heat, turning every so often, for about 10 minutes. They came out great!
