We love skirt steak!
Marinate the skirt steak with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce for meat, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, and a dash of mustard. Cook on medium high heat, turning once, for about 10 minutes.
I also made Vigo Mexican Rice:
For the rice, all you do is boil 2.5 cups of water and add the rice, stirring for 1 minute. Lower the heat and simmer. Cover the saucepan. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
I served this steak with the rice, Mushrooms with Onions, Sweet Carrots, and Spinach with Garlic and Parsley (see previous posts today). Very good!
