Spinach with Garlic and Parsley

A new way to make spinach! This is a good recipe for when you have A LOT of spinach and you’re getting sick of spinach salad every day.


Steam the spinach. If you do not have a steamer, boil about half a cup of water (or 1 cup) in a large pan. Add lots of spinach. Cover. Let cook for about 5 minutes. Drain. Press out the water as much as possible. If you want, smush the spinach with a wooden spoon or other utensil so that it breaks apart a little and does not stick together. Return spinach to skillet/pan and heat on medium. Sprinkle in garlic powder and parsley. Toss.
