I preheated the oven to 375F.
Then, I seasoned some lamb chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, mint sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
The lamb chops baked for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, I sliced up some mushrooms and combined them with a little bit of olive oil, 1/3 cup white wine, salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic powder in a skillet on medium-high heat. I sauteed them for about 10 minutes, turning the heat higher every few minutes, until the liquid mostly evaporated.
The lamb was done just right!
I served it with mint jelly…
