Protein time! I recently bought this protein powder with my mom to supplement my Spinning workouts. This photo is from a previous not-so-tasty milkshake I concocted:
This time around, I sweetened things up a bit.
Combine 6 oz. of almond milk, ½ cup strawberries, 1 frozen banana, 1 packet of Sugar in the Raw. Blend. Add 1 scoop protein powder.
Very simple to make. It was gone in less than five minutes!
