Baked Potato Fries

These were awesome! Great when you want the taste of French Fries (sort of) but not the calories.

Directions:

Cut Russet potatoes in half crosswise and then lengthwise to make them look like French Fries (or thicker sticks). Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Arrange in a cookie sheet (I covered the sheet with aluminum foil and sprayed it with Pam). Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
