Marshmallow-Pecan Fudge (Carnation Famous Fudge)

A great gift for your friends and loved ones? Fudge!! I’ve been wanting to try it for some time now, and on this Valentine’s Day, I made some! The recipe is by Nestle.


  • 1.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup (5 oz. can) evaporated milk (Carnation)
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1.5 cup (9 oz.) semisweet chocolate morsels (I used Nestle)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a full boil over medium heat. Boil 4-5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in the marshmallows, chocolate morsels, pecans, and vanilla. Stir 1 minute, or until the marshmallows melt. Pour the mixture into the foil-lined pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Cut into pieces.
