Lemon juice is great squeezed on cauliflower.
Here’s what I did:
I sprayed some aluminum foil with Pam and arranged the cauliflower florets on it. Then I squeezed the juice of one lemon over the cauliflower and sprinkled some garlic (3 cloves, using the garlic press) over it. Then I added salt and pepper.
I roasted the cauliflower at 475F for 15 minutes.
