10 minute pork 2 ways

Greetings! Pork is one of my favorite things to make because it is fast and easy.

This is a quick recipe:

4 pork chops, boneless



Garlic powder

Onion powder

Mojo dressing


Sprinkle the pork on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Drizzle with Mojo dressing. It’s best to leave it marinating for a while, but it won’t ruin the taste if you don’t. Pour a bit of olive oil in a skillet turned to medium heat and add the pork. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side (if the pork is about half an inch thick).

For the eggplant:

Wash and slice the eggplant. Heat a grill to high. Brush the eggplant with olive oil on both sides and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and anything else you want. Grill the eggplant about 5 minutes on each side. The eggplant will absorb the oil and eventually get softer. *Grilling eggplant makes it taste a lot better, in my opinion. I usually don’t like eggplant, but I will eat this one!*

Here is a variation on pork. I got this recipe from Pork Be Inspired. I tweaked it just a tiny bit.

Honey Glazed Pork


4 pork chops, boneless



1.5 tbsp dark brown sugar

2 tbsp honey

A dash of ground ginger


Combine the sugar and honey in a bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds until the mixture gets soft and the sugar has started to melt. Add the ginger to the mixture.

Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper and heat on medium in a skillet for about 2 minutes per side. Once the pork is seared, drizzle the honey-sugar-ginger mixture over each side and continue to cook for a total of 10-12 minutes.
