Snapper with Lemon Butter

I’m trying to learn how to make more fish. I found snapper at Kroger and thought I would try it. I found this snapper recipe online. I modified it a bit to fit the amount of fish I purchased.

Ingredients:

1 snapper fillet

Salt

Pepper

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Directions:
Sprinkle the fish with flour, salt, and pepper. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet on medium. Add fish, cooking about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove fish and keep covered in a dish.
Add the butter and lemon to the skillet and simmer 1 minute. Drizzle over the fish.

Not the best photo, and this was before I added the parsley to the fish, but you get the picture
