Roasted Chickpeas

This is a fast easy snack to make. Roast them longer to get them crispier. They tend to get chewy if they are placed in a covered container.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and dried
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Make sure the chickpeas are completely dry. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread flat on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes.
