Italian-Style Pork Chops

These pork chops are ready in 10 minutes once you throw them on the cast iron skillet!


  • 3 pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • 1 T Olive oil
  • 1 T butter


  1. Sprinkle the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat the olive oil and butter on medium high heat in a cast iron skillet. Add the pork chops.
  3. Cook pork chops 4-5 minutes per side, or until food thermometer registers at least 160F.
