10 minute French Toast

This is the easiest French Toast I make in the mornings.


  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 slices bread (I like challah)
  • Butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Syrup
  • Optional: 1/8 cup Cointreau


Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. Add the Cointreau if you want. Dip bread slices in. Melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Fry bread for about 2 minutes on each side, until brown. Top with powdered sugar and syrup.
