This is the fastest guacamole I’ve made! You do need to chop the individual ingredients beforehand, but I usually keep little containers of chopped tomato, onion, and cilantro in my refrigerator when I am making tacos for more than one meal.
Mash 1.5 avocados in a bowl until the mixture is mostly smooth with just a few chunks visible. Squeeze half of a small lime over it. Add about 1/4 cup cilantro, 1/4 cup chopped tomato, and 1/4 cup chopped white onion. Add about five twists of a salt and pepper grinder each. Combine with a spatula. Eat right away!
