They have the best balsamic reduction sauce at Spris. It’s great on their steak salad with some shaved Parmesan. I tried to figure out a way to make my own and found this recipe on ehow:
- Pour balsamic vinegar into a saucepan and heat to high.
- Add sugar to taste.
- Boil until it has reduced by half.
- Serve with salad or on meats!
