- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 cup water
- 8 almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- A dash of ground cinnamon
Cook oatmeal according to package instructions. I microwave it for 3 minutes and let it sit for about 5 so it’s not too watery.
Add the blueberries, chopped almonds, and cinnamon and stir.
Count the calories*: 250
*Note: I use My Fitness Pal and other websites to count how many calories each ingredient has, but I am not 100% sure it is the right amount because variations always exist!
