Dijon Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

To make the marinade:

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

generous dash of salt and pepper


Brush chicken on both sides with the marinade. If you have the time, pour the marinade into a Ziploc bag and add the chicken, so that the chicken is coated on every side. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to marinate. Then grill!
