Honey Mustard Baked Chicken:
Wash and dry chicken breasts (3). Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup honey and 1 T olive oil. Place chicken in baking dish sprayed with cooking oil and pour sauce over it. Top with fresh rosemary sprigs (or dried flakes). Bake covered in aluminum foil at 350F for 40 minutes, or until thermometer registers 160F.
