Marinade: Brown Sugar Salmon


  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 4 6-oz boneless salmon fillets
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Preheat broiler. Set rack 6 inches from heat source. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and arrange on sheet pan. Whisk brown sugar and mustard together and pour over salmon fillets. Broil for 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.

Tips: Can also bake at 400F for 15-18 minutes.
