Marinade: Herbed Pork Tenderloin

2 tsp minced garlic

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 tsp herbs (1 tsp poultry seasoning blend, 1/2 tsp basil, 1/2 tsp parsley) or rosemary or sage

Rub pork with marinade and bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Remove and brush with olive oil. Bake at 375F for another 10 minutes, or bake at 400F for 40 minutes total. The thermometer should register 160F at the end.
