Mojito (light recipe)

Here is a very light recipe I found on the Food Network website for mojitos. This recipe has been quartered.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 ounces light rum
  • 4 mint springs
  • 1.5 T fresh lime juice
  • 1 T sugar
  • Club soda
  • Ice

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice. Add the rum and sugar. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds. Pour into a highball glass that has ice in it. Top off with club soda (about 1/4 cup).
