Paprika Pork with Spices (and applesauce)

I found a great recipe for pork on Skinny Taste.

Serve this with apple sauce!


  • Pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried sage

Note: I ran out of thyme and sage so I used oregano instead.


Season the pork with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and spices. Melt the butter over medium low heat in a skillet. Add the pork and cook about 4 minutes per side. Serve with applesauce.

Note: The recipe calls for dredging the pork chops in flour after seasoning them, but I omitted this step.
