Rocky Road Fudge

I don’t know what I did with the pictures of this fudge I made, so until I find them, I’d like to share this awesome recipe from Very Best Baking. This fudge was a huge hit, and it was super easy to make. I will definitely make it again!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels (I used Nestle Tollhouse, as the recipe calls for–it’s a 12 oz. bag)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (I used the 14 oz. Nestle Carnation can)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1.5 cups coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions:

Line a 13 by 9 inch baking pan with foil and grease it with butter. Microwave the chocolate and condensed milk in a bowl on 100% power for 1 minute. Stir. Keep microwaving at 10-15 minute intervals if the chocolate is not melted. Stir in the vanilla extract, and add the marshmallows and nuts.

Pour into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate.
