Soy Ginger Glazed Pork

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops, 1.5 inches thick
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. powdered ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

Combine the honey, soy sauce, powdered ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl and pour over the pork chops. Marinate for half an hour. Heat a skillet to medium and drizzle it with the vegetable oil. Add the pork chops. Cook 8 minutes or so per side or until done (I use the thin pork tenderloins, which cook faster, about 4 minutes per side).
