BHG Crepes

This recipe can be found on p. 130 of the Better Homes and Gardens New Cookbook.


  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt


In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, flour, cooking oil, and salt. Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet and remove from heat. Spoon in 2 tbsp batter. Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter. Return to heat and brown on one side only. Invert over paper towels and remove crepe.
