Roasted garlic is delicious when smeared on burgers or fries, as well as pretty much anything else.
- 2 whole heads garlic
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Heat the oven to 375F. Remove as much of the coating from the garlic as possible. Cut the pointy part of the garlic head off. Make sure a bit of each clove is exposed. Drizzle with olive oil and salt.
Spread oil on a small baking dish and add the garlic. Cover with foil. Bake until garlic is soft (40 minutes).
