Roasted Garlic

Roasted garlic is delicious when smeared on burgers or fries, as well as pretty much anything else.

  • 2 whole heads garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Heat the oven to 375F. Remove as much of the coating from the garlic as possible. Cut the pointy part of the garlic head off. Make sure a bit of each clove is exposed. Drizzle with olive oil and salt.

Spread oil on a small baking dish and add the garlic. Cover with foil. Bake until garlic is soft (40 minutes).
