Besides being a great topper for falafel and Greek wraps, this is a tasty dip for raw cut veggies, like carrots and celery. I got this recipe from The Skinny Gourmet.
- 1 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, seeds removed, grated (about 1.5 cups)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- salt (about 1/2 teaspoon)
- pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
