How to always have cookies available:
Bake a batch of cookies and let cool on a rack. Line a freezer safe container with wax paper and place cookies in a single layer on paper. Cover with another layer of wax paper. Keep adding cookies on top of each layer. Cover cookies with a layer of plastic wrap on top. Close the container, and place in the freezer. When you are ready for a cookie, preheat oven to 350°F and heat frozen cookie on a cookie sheet for five minutes. You can also heat it at 275°F. 400°F is too hot.
